Janet Ward is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 30 years of experience specializing in property & casualty risk management solutions for New York public schools.

Throughout her career, Janet has built deep expertise in the unique risk environments facing schools. She works closely with school business officials, board members and administrators to design tailored insurance programs that promote safety, compliance, and long-term financial stability. Her work reflects a deep understanding of the intersection between risk management and the evolving needs of school communities.

When she is not helping public school business officials solve important insurance matters, she can be found courtside and TV-side rooting for her beloved St. John’s University basketball team. One day she hopes to cheer for them as they celebrate a national title and to finally see a frog with her own eyes. But not actually touch one. Seeing it will suffice.
